Welcome to the website of MacQuarie Quay and its Management Company, Victoria Quay Management Company Limited (VQMC).

As some of you may be aware, John Saunders stepped down as a Voluntary Director at the beginning of June 2026. But, we still have 3 Voluntary Directors working on your behalf. Along with Tricia Dalal is Jane Francis who has been a Director now for the last 5 months, and Antony Crawford who was working in an advisory position whilst waiting for his paperwork to be completed at Company House, which Jane and I are happy to say has now been completed and Antony is now fully on board as a Voluntary Director. They are both relatively new to Macquarie Quay and looking forward to working alongside Tricia on behalf of VQMC. Each have their skills to take on certain roles making it a team effort in all our duties. We also have been working alongside Wishtower now for the last 16 months, who have also been an asset to Macquarie Quay. We hope we can count on you for your continuous support.
