Welcome to the website of MacQuarie Quay and its Management Company, Victoria Quay Management Company Limited (VQMC).

VQMC is operated by voluntary Directors, coopted and elected from resident leaseholders. The current Board of Directors includes Tricia Dalal, Melanie Radford and John Saunders. Our objective is to make Macquarie Quay the best place to live by ensuring that the buildings and grounds are well maintained, safe and secure for all residents. We will also make sure that every penny of member funds is fully accounted for and represents the highest quality of services at the best value for money.

Enhancing the experience

We have stepped in to take this company forward with the best of our abilities, but recognise that the estate may well include other talented leaseholders who might enhance the project with new ideas, alternate skills. To this end we intend regular communication meetings and get togethers, where views can be expressed, grievances aired and suggestions gratefully received and considered.

We have already implemented long needed changes to gardening and building exteriors, we are reviewing all contracts with suppliers, agents and service support. We are facing up to the tough decisions needed to maintain our estate over long term. We will set high standards of accountability in all aspects of estate management and financial governance.
