Residents may have noticed that we have changed our gardener from Europlants to a new company called Morgan Landscaping. This happened as a result of some complaints about the quality and timeliness of work previously carried out and it was felt that a change of contractor could be a change for the better.

Andy Morgan impressed us with his suggested weekly attendance rather than the fortnightly one by Europlants, and his schedule will mean shorter hours in the Winter and longer hours in the growing season. As a result, more time will be afforded to our garden maintenance with a marginal increase in cost.

If any owners have issues with the garden maintenance or suggestions for improvement, please pass them on to Sensible Properties for VQMC’s consideration.
