Update 04/12/23

We have unfortunatly been informed that the manufacturing of the AOV has been delayed due to a serious resource issues.

We have a provisional date of 17th January 2024 and this will be clearly monitored.

We will provide an update nearer the date for an exact delivery and installation date.

Update 19/09/23

Good news!  The insurance company have finally approved the costings for the replacement AOV at Orion House.

We have instructed IDM to commence the manufacturing of the vent and will installed thereafter.  We anticipate this to take approximately 4 weeks.

Confirmation of installation dates will follow once confirmed.

Update 21/07/23

Further to the below update earlier this week, the Loss Adjustors have requested a further drone survey to be undertaken.  THis was completed on Thursday 20th July and the report is with the Loss Adjustors. We have followed up since the survey and are awaiting authorisation to proceed.

Update 18/07/23

Further to the below, we have been informed today that the claim has been passed to a Loss Adjustor who requires a drone survey to be undertaken.

This is currently being scheduled and a further update will be provided following this.

Orion House AOV System 

We have been made aware that due to the high winds, some damage has been caused to Orion House.

The AOV cover has actually been blown away, so we have instructed electricians to isolate the system and a local contractor is attending this afternoon, to attempt to make the property water tight.

If that is not possible due to the conditions, they will return tomorrow when the high winds subside a little.
