SIRUS HOUSE INTERCOM 

Following instructions from the Board to replace the intercom system like for like, we indeed placed the order with the most competitive contractor however late last week (6th April) we were advised that this cost had risen by over 10% between the time of the contractor quoting and the instruction being given to that contractor. This increase meant that the cost was now more expensive than the other quoting contractor so we have asked the second quoting contractor to re-confirm their price too. This contractor is able to hold their original price and therefore we have now placed the order with them. 

We have an install date of Tuesday 2nd May 2023. We will be issuing a letter to all leaseholders in Sirus House regarding this to ensure they can allow access on the day of install.
