We would like to provide you with an update regarding the recent installation of the Automatic Opening Vent (AOV) system in our building. The lid for the AOV arrived in February, and we had scheduled the installation. however, on the appointed day, our contractors discovered an unexpected issue with the equipment.

Upon inspection, it was determined that the lid had been manufactured with the incorrect motor, preventing it from being properly wired up as intended. We immediately brought this matter to the attention of the manufacturer, and they are currently conducting an internal investigation to understand the cause of this discrepancy.

We understand the importance of having the AOV system fully operational for the safety and well-being of everyone in the building. Our team is actively working with the manufacturer to expedite the resolution of this issue and obtain the correct parts needed for the installation.
