Urgent update - Procyon lift

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding the ongoing issues with the lift at Procyon House. Our contractor has conducted a further review of the situation this morning and identified that the problem lies with the Vizeodrive (lift control computer), which is showing fault 21 indicating low power.


As a result, our contractor will be returning today to remove the Vizeodrive and send it to the electrical engineers for urgent assessment. While we understand the inconvenience this may cause, it’s essential for us to address this issue promptly to ensure the safety and functionality of the lift.


Unfortunately, it appears that we may be facing a couple of weeks without the lift. We sincerely apologise for any disruption this may cause to your daily routine. Please rest assured that we will do everything in our power to expedite the repair process and minimize the downtime as much as possible.
